Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Pike Learning Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
