Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Redstone Beacon Manufacturing is a Memphis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
