Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Glen Facilities and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
