Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Foxglove Field Staffing Group places workers with employers around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 738 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on retention. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
