Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Rivermark Property Management manages apartment communities around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
