Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Northwind Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Nashville with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
