Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Northwind Clear Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Madison. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
