Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bright Willow Community Partners is a Salt Lake City charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
