Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Clearpath Oak Arts Center is an arts centre in Spokane with a full calendar of events, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 234 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
