Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Greenridge Sparrow Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Memphis, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on grower contracts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
