Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Stonegate Juniper Hospitality is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
