Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Clearpath Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Des Moines with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
