Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Summit Financial and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on loan applications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
