Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Clearpath Oak Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Albuquerque, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
