Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Clearpath River Markets is a Cleveland retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in online orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on store inventory. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
