Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Cedar Wilder Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
