Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Rivermark Lakeside Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Jacksonville, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in service installations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on field visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
