Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bright Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on parts orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
