Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bluepeak Beacon Community Partners runs community programmes across Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
