Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Northwind Granite Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Tampa. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in loan applications and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer onboarding. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
