Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Stonegate Fern Facilities is a facilities company in Kansas City with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
