Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Northwind Haven Housing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
