Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Summit Nest Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
