Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Westbrook Pine Markets is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in shrink and waste and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on store inventory. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
