Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Highbridge Beacon Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
