Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Harborlight River Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Miami. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
