Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Highbridge Telecom Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on field visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
