Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Stonegate Rook Community Partners runs community programmes across Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
