Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bright Union Health Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
