Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group is a Fort Worth company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 870 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
