Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Quarry Environmental Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in weigh tickets and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
