Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ashton Civic Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in constituent requests and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on case files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
