Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Stonegate Summit Insurance Group is an insurance company in San Antonio with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in catastrophe response and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
