Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Care Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
