Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bluepeak Iron Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
