Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
