Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Fernwood Sparrow Facilities is a facilities company in Louisville with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in supply orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
