Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fern Farms and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 521 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on field records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
