Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bluepeak Forge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Dallas, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
