Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Foxglove Linden Energy is an energy provider in Columbus focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on usage data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
