Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Foxglove Lantern Auto Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
