Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Redstone North Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Memphis region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on parts orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
