Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Facilities Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
