Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bright Pike Learning Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
