Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Providence, RI)

Greenridge Linden Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Providence, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient education. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
