Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Pittsburgh, PA)

Cedar Bridge Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Pittsburgh with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on caregiver training. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
