Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bright Lantern Pharma is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on batch records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
