Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Phoenix. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
