Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pike Auto Group Partners and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on service appointments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
