Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood Granite Housing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on waiting lists. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
